  1. Would the following people's feet be allowed in your shop:

    1. Severe bunions

    2. Diabetic feet

    3. Nail fungus

    4. Elephantiasis

How would you treat these feet? how would satisfy these customers?

    1. Hi thank you for your comment.
      to answer for this question:
We do serve all customers with severe bunions, nail fungus, elephantiasis, and diabetic feet, but for diabetic customers, they have to tell us ahead, so we will not cut their nails and toe nails.

  2. When I get my nails done, I'm aware there are chemicals involved in the process. Can you tell me exactly what your natural products are? I'd definitely like to know if there were chemicals in my facial scrub than on my nails.

    1. Mostly, we used natural products for facial and waxing, but for medi and pedi, there are some natural, there are not, and we try to use smell-less products :)

  10. I think that the store hours really make you guys stand out from others! I get off work at 5 most of the days and a lot of salon close at 7, sometimes that's the main reason why I don't go to salon anymore. It's great to have the store open from 9am-9pm! I also think providing a good customer service is very important too, having the focus on cleanliness and friendliness is a really good starting point. I can't wait to see your next post!

  11. Your salon hours is pretty convenient. Which product brand are you going to use in the salon? Are you going to have your own brand?

  12. Wow your guys salon really looks like its gonna have much more availability than the current salons around with those hours. Is your clientele going to be mainly female or male as well. Will male prices be the same and what type of male services can you guys offer in the future.

  13. How many stores will you have? Have you think about the cost of rent?

  14. Hi! I am concerned mostly about the safety of products applied on my skin and nails in addition to the UV light nail salons use to dry the paint. Customer service is also very important to my experience in getting my nails done probably because there are many nails salons I can choose from. Good luck guys!

  15. Hi, my concern is that if your location is next tot the beach isn't it inconvenient for people to go before the beach because they would be getting dirty?

    1. Good point! I am not a part of the team, but one way I can justify the location would be that people tend to show their feet more when they're near the beach and would probably want their nails to look good.

  18. I think extended hours is an amazing idea for a nail salon! I know most people get off work late and sometimes you just want to be pampered before going home after a stressful day.
